BTA Professional Alliance is a family-owned and operated business founded by Jana Denegri, Gina Hamilton, and Shanna Grogg. We have more than 35 years of collective experience in the bookkeeping, tax, and accounting industry.

Our CPA firm, Denegri & Associates, was established in 1986 with the sincere desire to help our clients successfully navigate ever-changing tax laws and regulations. As our business grew, we expanded to include a wide range of bookkeeping, tax, and accounting services. To further address the needs of our clients, Gina launched our sister company in 2022, Payroll Boutique, which offers custom payroll services for small to medium-sized businesses. Shanna has a diverse range of experience and has supported the family business for many years while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychology, and now operates her own behavioral therapy business.

Since 2001, has been the go-to platform to connect consumers searching for reliable accounting services with highly-qualified service providers. In 2023, BTA Professional Alliance purchased with the intention of transitioning  it from an online directory of accounting professionals to a membership platform. 

From our years of experience in the accounting field, we understand how important it is for our clients to choose the right accounting professional and the consequences of a wrong decision. Our goal is to assist consumers in choosing a trusted advisor for the long term, whether our members provide bookkeeping, tax, or accounting services. We’re excited to continue this legacy and have reimagined the site and updated it with robust search functionality to make it even easier for consumers to find the exact services our members offer.
